Pacha is an exciting new ingredient for cocktails. What's better than a good Margarita? Here's our twist on the classic:
- Prepare the glass by rubbing a lime wedge along the edge of the rim.
- Place the glass upside down on a small saucer full of salt, so the rim gets covered.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add the Pacha, tequila, lime juice, and triple sec. Shake until the shaker feels cold.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice and pour the cold Pacha Margarita into 4 equal parts.
